My journey with Sneha di was really amazing. It taught me that you don't have to give up any particular food items to reduce your weight. You can eat everything that you like but in proper quantity and by managing your calories.Her diets are very simple and easy to follow.
I always had the wrong conception of DIETING.. I always would eat less and would gain even after working out . But after meeting Sneha ,made me aware that eating right is the key to lose n stay healthy .she understood my routine n taste and planned my diet accordingly.She helped to shred extra kilos n inches,without compromising on my food . Her diet chart was so easy to follow as it always had the regular food .Her diets helped me keep my thyroid n asthma in control. The day i decided to join sneha to start my weight loss journey was not so sure, bit confuse and tensed will it give me permanent result or not….because before this also I gone followed another diet plan from another dietitian and I had got the result as well but that was not permanent. As the days passed with sneha’s plan the result was slow but it have gave me the fat loss result actually.Now its been 2months that I have done with my diet and my weight is maintained and also feel very light on weight.
